Kirk has Filipino in him. He didn’t start to look his age until the last few years. They’re all nearly 60. Lars has looked his age for a while as he lost more of his hair and hairline; James suddenly started to drastically age the last 5 years from goin back to drinkin but recently looks and sounds much better and healthier again since he’s supposedly sober (God willing James was able to conquer the beast of addiction). Now he looks better at their most recent shows, but the metalhead life shows on him now. Rob is Latino, and has good aging genes like Kirk. Both still look younger than their actual ages (especially since Kirk began to dye his hair).

Out of all the metal bands from their era, Metallica has undergone the most changes sonically.
Thank you Metallica for some the best American music and the first 5 albums. I grew up to them and still turn them up. Impressive.
I was a big-time Metallica fan. I remember being at an older record store and head shop. Way back when for the Ride the ⚡Lightning⚡listening party. I won a Creeping Death Picture Disc/Record, and it was awesome! Kill em' All is still one of my all-time favorite albums! Seek and Destroy was epic! The Four Horsemen was another epic song. The Cliff Burton Bass Solo was pure TALENT! Anesthesia/Pulling Teeth, damn that album was bad ass beginning to end! Then again Ride the ⚡Lightning⚡came out. Fade to Black was banned on the 📻radio🎙stations here. We still jammed the shit out of this album! Concerts! I can remember the show that really got me into them most. W*A*S*P, Armored Saint, & Metallica at the Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. General admission tickets. There were no seats. Just a stage, and a huge floor. 2,500+ crazy-ass metal heads got to see Cliff Burton rip the shit out of his bass. It was bittersweet since later that year he died in a bus accident,🚌and another rock and roll metal head was lost far too soon!

Cliff was the best bass player Rob is good too Jason is a great heavy metal bassist and his backing vocals fit perfectly with James and as amazing as cliff was, and he was the best ever,,,,,,,,no one could headband and keep a perfect bass rhythm, I think the rest of Metallica play on the fact of cliffs untimely demise he wasn't the original bassist he was only in Metallica for just over 3 years and they act like they knew him forever and that they grew up and started the band together I don't mean to sound callous cliff was (i agree with jason newsted)the Jimi Hendrix of bass a real talent taken way to soon but Jason was in the band 5×longer and he never gets his dues from the other band members Rob Trujillo is in the band 6× longer and counting and they never mention Ron mcovney the original bassist I think they should give the other bassist they're dues too without taking anything away from cliff coz he was a bass guitar God,
