*MOTLEY CRUE WAS FORMED IN 1981. THE VIDEO STARTS IN 1976 - WHICH IS WHY THE TITLE AND THUMBNAIL SAY 1976. WHEN THE YEAR IS AT 1981, IT SAYS THAT MOTLEY CRUE IS FORMED. MOTLEY CRUE WAS FORMED IN 1981!!! I KNOW!!!*
Yes, this video may not be 100% accurate. Thanks to the people that are pointing out genuine mistakes without completely shitting on this video - mistakes happen all the time, I'm no exception. This was just made for fun, I don't do this as a job and I highly doubt I ever will. Sorry for the rant, just felt that it was needed

Little did I know about hellish boozing and swimming in the bonds of hard drugs while little me was eating mallows on my bed with my cousins and listening to 'shout at the devil' 🙄😁 And yet its ironic that after all Mick Mars, who seemed to be the least interesting character in the band is gaining more and more my respect through the years. He is charismatic person, the most amazing guitar player and there is that zombie prince energy in him. I mean, - he has been sick for decades and yet he rocks like hell🤒🤘

    important dates:
1981: Nikki sixx, Tommy Lee, Vince Neil and Mick Mars after other bands have based MÖTLEY CRÜE
1983: Shout at the Devil is released, it makes a lot of success, they have so much money and they spend them in booze, alcohol, drugs, GIRLS, and the (very little) rest in new material for their music. They're TOTALLY in the deep tunnel of hard partying.
1984: Vince during a car crash, accidentally kills Razzle, the Hanoi Rocks' drummer. (Vince was driving while being drunk). This was devastating for him, he went to jail and the condition was that he got to remain sober for 1 month, but he did it for 19 days. He returned home after paying and he stayed sober for a little time, while his band mates were doing the opposite and didn't support him in any way.
1987: The band release girls, girls, girls, and they are still making huge parties with endless alcohol and drugs.
december 1987: Nikki sixx dies from overdose of heroin. He was in the black tunnel. He was completely high ALL the time. Nikki was struggling with not having a real family, mom, dad and a childhood warmth, and the heroin used to help him to feel that warmth. With adrenaline rushes a paramedic saved his life. From that moment Nikki went to rehab and Vince and Tommy too.
1989: a very good time for the band, the members are healthy and mind-lucid so they can focus on the new album: dr. feelgood. They used all their time to work on it instead of partying all the time and they spend all their money on materials and music. They were VERY focused.
1991: Skylar, Vince and Sharise's daughter, is born.
1992: Vince leaves the band, he doesn't feel like a member anymore and he doesn't like the songs.
1995: Skylar dies from a cancer, Vince is devasted, he tries in all the ways to kill himself by injecting himself all the types of pills, he doesn't care of his friends or the band anymore, he's destroyed. He sleep at night with a Skylar's dress because it still have her smell, and he has visions of her.
    1997: Vince re-join the band

I know it's blasphemy but I still think the Corabi album was their best. Pure hard rock.
I don't think hard core fans even bothered listening to it (MTV refused to play any videos from it). And even when they did their preconceived notions outweighed any objective critiques..
