Brooklyn Eight Avenue, Sunset Park's Chinatown, is the largest Chinatown in all of the five boroughs. It's one straight avenue filled with lively shops, vibrant colors, fresh markets, and kind locals. There is delicious food to be found in every corner. Many residents in Manhattan moved to Sunset Park and formed what is Brooklyn Chinatown today. It's become a culinary destination for Southern Chinese cuisine.
Today we stumbled upon a new Sichuan restaurant Sething delicious spicy seafood! Then we grabbed roast pork to go and incredibly cheap and filling banh mi at a local Vietnamese spot! Finally there’ a gem Ice cream shop that you MUST visit! We took many detours today but totally worth it for the new finds!

Where abouts are you guys that you get Covid? Is it rampant over there where you are? How does covid make you feel?
I find it incredible that even with the need to increase prices since Covid they can still pump out those sandwiches at $6.50 in a major city like NY as well. Here in the UK in London you are looking at for sure £10-14 for that proper good value. All of the places you go to represent such amazing value, can't wait to come to the states and get to try a few of these places out. Keep safe and well
Well when your employees are migrants from China who don't speak English and arent paid the proper wages its easy to have low prices. They never mention that on these cheap food tours. Exploiting immigrant labor is how restaurants make money in NYC.

Everything looked so good so I would take an order of each and a side order of TJ haha. Another great video. You always make me want to be there with you trying all that yummy food. I go to a place just down the street from me for Banh Mi and always get the pork bbq a little spicy and no cilantro. Just don't like the taste. It is so good and only $4 for a 9 inch sandwich and I always get two. You are so bubbly and fun to watch and always look forward to the next food adventure. Keep smiling and stay safe

The roast or corner 28 is really known for there wings. You have to try it next time. It’s so good. It was even better when i put the wings in the air fryer for a few minutes.

I hope you get back to try out Lucky Eight. Definitely want to hear your take on their BBQ to go. I feel the same way about Roast 28 on the corner nearby. Value's there and that soup they pack in there is a nice touch but the meat doesn't knock your socks off consistently.

My only complaint about Ba Xuyen is that it's an hour from my apartment. So good! So relatively cheap!! I wish I could go there everyday!

That banh mi looks legit. For some reason good ones in London are nigh on impossible to find. The bread is always wrong.
Noo :( it’s ok it’s hard to find reaaaaally good and affordable pho here 😅 it’s always $20
That fluffy crispy bread needs to be just right. In Vietnam, they use rice flour in the dough. I think the next best bread is a crusty French baguette with lots of pâté.

I would like to try the fish looks good. But it is freaking expensive. There is a place at Edison NJ but that place is a constant long lines. Corner 28 I don't like their BBQ pork. Tons of people lined up to buy their roast meats but I must say their flavor is too salty. There is not much fat on it and it is dry and tough as you said. I tried it twice and decided it sucked.
Banhmi here in Montreal goes for 8$ cad. That’s expensive
