finding a therapist is truly such a quest these days, honestly i was looking for one for months, then when i finally got one, she was kind of evil, but then after that i found the therapist im with now and she is great! its so worth it to keep looking, good luck with your search!
I don't mean to be discouraging but it took me years to find the one, but once you find them you don't have to look again lol
yeah honestly I think that’s why it’s taken me so long to actually go to therapy. first I had major anxiety about trying to find one + then I had anxiety about picking the wrong one. but I know I just have to do it and figure it out :”)

I love all of the content you make and this kind of video helps inspire me to discover my own style. I went back to my childhood hometown to see family for a few days and I went to a local coffee shop and thrift store with my husband and I found it relaxing. I found a red plaid flannel shirt and my husband found a cool whiskey glass set.
I Think it is very interesting that you can’t find anything cute in your size in thrift store. In Poland we have completly oposite situation because most of the clothes in thrift stores or vintage shops is plus size. So i always find incredible pieces for my mom but nothing for me.
I think part of the reason is because most women in the US are plus size, so there’s more people looking for the same sizes (which are already limited to begin with). also because now I live in a much more populated area so there’s lots of people looking for the same sizes :”)

*Thrift stores in the US are soooo different from here in Australia! The big bins of clothes?? Some of the thrift stores you showed did look pretty similar tho (stuff sectioned off on racks)
