Some overseas company made the advert for their product (not Clicks). And like your really annoying adverts, pops up on random websites to advertise their product. Clicks didn't even know about this advert that popped up. So if they wanna blame someone, blame that company not Clicks. Heck, the CEO apologised and due to the violence wanted to take EFF to the high court to stop this violence but the high court declined them.

The thing is that a person of ever race can have those types of hair challenges at different stages of their lives, an indian can have dry frizzy hair at one time, then natural hair at another and dry and breaking hair at another time, an african person can have dry frizzy hair at one time, then natural hair at another and dry and breaking hair at another time, and a white person can have dry frizzy hair at one time, then natural hair at another and dry and breaking hair at another time, so can a chinese or japanese or red indian or any other race have different types of hair quality at different times in their life, different races can't be used to describe "one" hair condition, as every race goes through the same hair condition at different points in their life based on how they care for their own hair individually and what products the individual uses. Raj, I fully agree with you. I will say however - The less you deal with racism on a day to day basis, the less likely you were to spot an add like that as being racist. These people were probably so focused on a lot of different aspects and not the skin color of the people on the ad.
