THE CHANNEL:
This channel is about Kerbal Space Program and can consist of SSTO building tutorials and rocket building tutorials. Some times the videos contain bad language and adult humor but on a low level. In these videos no planet is safe as we can explore space together by landing on places like Duna and Jool and build large Duna colonies or orbital space stations. Also, Interplanetary SSTO builds seem to be a hot topic in the KSP community so I will be touching on those as well. I also build SSRT space craft. These are fun to build and easy to fly! Warships or space warships are one of my favorite things to make. Stock weapons can be very challenging and so when building them over time , you get to see the evolution of the designs. Same thing with the Warships. They get better and better with each new design.
Now , I know it's considered cheating but Kraken drives are a fun way to put things like warp drive ( like in Star Trek ) and or hyper drives ( like in Star Wars ) in your Kerbal space program game. These game mechanic loopholes are fun to figure out as you find out how they work and how to incorporate them into your star ship design.
Everything from Outposts on far away moons and Mining Stations around asteroids and comets, you name it I've ether built it or it's on my to do list! I still haven't really explored things like building SpaceX starship or any of the NASA spacecraft, and I think that's because it been done to many times. Recreations of spacecraft can be found almost everywhere on CZcams now and so making yet another one seem redundant. Only if the spacecraft recreation is of one that I loved as a kid will I even attempt to build it. Like the Apollo Moon Lander, or the whole Apollo rocket! Now that rocket was cool!
Many people have ask me if I'm ever going to wear my Mandalorian helmet ever again for my videos. And , yes. when the time is right, and I get a new wabcam, I will be dawning the helmet once more!

For the blurry mess caused by parallax, it seems you do indeed have TUFX installed. TUFX basically allows you to add post processing effects to the game, and some of these effects, such as motion blur or anti aliasing, may cause some visual artefacts in a complex scene. You should try opening the TUFX window and enabling or disabling effects as you go, which could help with the visual issues. I highly doubt that installing parallax with CKAN is the cause of any of these issues.
i generally use ballisticfox's presets for tufx, and i swap them depending on the environment

Yeah this is 99% a bad TUFX problem, likely the Temporal Anti-Aliasing is at least part of it

Simple Repaint is an easier alternative than Lazy Repaint
Love those stock hinges! Also I noticed it's designed so that the arms are all at the same height, which allows for add-on modules later. That might be an "old" file, but it contains so many cool ideas inspired by how things worked at the time.

I think "doing colonies but with depth and not tanking performance" is going to be the next big mod to hit the KSP scene. If I had to guess, probably some combination of Kerbal Konstructs and strategic use of the exploits Stratzenblitz used for the Dres Canyon Bridge and the 'flying below Duna's surface' videos.
I loved the angled engines, reminded me of this... I think it was a tug in Solar Nations. But the where angled to protect them from reentry heat.
Need to check your posts, I missed them. But from the glimpse it looked like some kind of horror asylum in space... Maybe? 😅
I appreciate that you give some effort to make craft with care about the well being of kerbals in mind. I try to as well.

Vaos lazy painter is a addon for the mod t.u.r.d. you need the original mod for the functionallity. You also have to chamge the base coat in the normal part menu first.
When you're able to paint your crafts they are going to look HollyWood level no doubt.
also, your crafts and rewatching the old Solar Nations series few weeks, back finally pushed me over the edge to actually try and commit to making a SN-like KSP cinematic series, still editing it but I dont think I could ever reach those heights of the actual SN series

From the main ksc screen (where you select ksc buildings- click on Scatterer “blue globe” icon. There under one of the tabs there’s options to adjust the antialiasing through scatterer. Try with it off to see if it’s parallax has a rendering bug for you.
Here just a guess: if you have tufx, it’s AA could be Interfering with other AA programs

In order to repaint the parts you first need to install (manually, mod isn't on ckan) Textures Unlimited Recolour Depot (TURD), as lazy repainter doesn't work on its own.

For lazy repaint - You have to download some kind of textures for example TURD (stock parts), it isn't on ckan btw
No shame in bringing excess fuel, you can transfer it to visiting craft to send them on their way

I love the use of KSP2's music in this video. It was definetely a step up from from KSP1's. Do you know if there is a mod that just replaces KSP1's music with KSP2's in-game?
You need to find the configs that give the textures manually, they are linked on the forums, hope this helps!

When started with mk3 utility craft I got excited because I love that thing. I built one in my sandbox it works beautifully. Anyway, I also love that moon and do remember seeing it before. I recall you trying to ram one of the segments into place.
Fot you to be able to use the Lazy painter mod, you need to install the different configs for the parts you want to paint.

I just was going to try the Lazy Repaint, But in the mods list check where CKAN lists what you are installing and what dependencies are also needed and what it will un-install?
It stated it would in the two I picked which was Lazy Paint & Simple Repaint which is lists as a dependency, But it will un-install allot of my already installed mods including my Hanger mod,
So I choose not to go ahead with this! So I wondering if this Simple Paint would also un-install the same mods as the two Paint ones above? I so I will not do that.
start with individual mods. just get rid of and replace them one at a time. If you exhaust the list of mods, save them to a separate folder, backup your save files, and start fresh with a fresh install.
I sense 20 fps before launch. Got a RTX 30 series or, on a 1650 (or super or ti), or a 1660 (or ti or super)

For lazy painter, the controls are SUPER janky. You'll have to select it, then press the color in that top row of three rectangles on the lil menu.
Do you want to try some mod with life support system parts? I tried some of them, building a self-sustaining station with greenhouses and recycling turned out to be a challenge

You should'nt use Lazy Painter, i would recommend TURD - a KSP 2 style painting mod, which unfortunately works for stock only, but is very good.

its CKAN, its a mod manager for ksp. you can check the videos description to see what all he has downloaded from there :)

It’s a great little program. Some mods you’ll have to install manually but for the most part, you can find and install 90% of mods from Ckan. Just click the mod you want and click install. boom done. (uninstall same way) 😊
