* Blue Ivy Carter (born January 7, 2012) is an American singer and dancer. She is the first-born daughter of musicians Jay-Z and Beyoncé. Words like, retarted, slow, dumb. feeble minded have long been seen as being abusive, stigmatizing, non-inclusive, and insensitive. People who have intellectual disabilities cannot help it.
