@@huffdaddy3845 I do understand,seer stones, Golden plates, Tablets of stone, written with the finger of God Exodus 31:18 Moses meets with the Lord.Exodus 33-34 is where Moses makes New Tablets Chapter 34 and the shining face of Remember the Ark of the covenant and the ten commandments inside of it.Nothing about the Laws in Leviticus are in The Book of Mormon.The first 16 chapters teach us how to approach God, while the last 11 chapters teach us how to relate with him and each other.The book also list blessings for obedience and consequences for disobedience.

Three stones that this man calls seer stones. But they are stones. Man. I have collected stones my whole life. I liked their interesting patterns or smoothness. Assumption being passed off as history is so ignorant and inappropriate. What he saw was three stones of various shapes and sizes. The only seer stones referenced by any sources that were directly involved with translation and did NOT change their stories four times were the two stones set in a bow. They were not separate not were they held in a hat. They were set in a bow and the bow was attached to a breast plate. The rest is guesswork and conjecture from non eyewitnesses who changed their stories. Not exactly empirical evidence.

According to the official Church essay on the subject, the Church agrees that these so called seer stones were used in the translation of the Book of Mormon, not the Urim and Thummim set in the bow/breastplste.
