    NIce video. Great camera setup. I'm guessing you have a filter to eliminate the prop showing in the image.

    Great video and am planning to get next year this NG type.
    May I ask what did you say to tower at 3: 00. ?
    I heard "Cleared option" but is it right ? Im weak at atc. If it is right what does that meanning?
    In my case we just say " Final APP for full stop or Touch and go "

      yes, you heard correct "cleared option" meaning; I can come to a full stop on the runway or do a touch and go.. "Cleared Option"

      Okay, Thanks for your good inform.I never heard "Cleared Option" in korea and it is very good ATC method to me. Thanks again.

      ATC gave me the “option” If you go back and listen to the audio you will here tower say "cleared option". So he was leaving it up to me because their was no other traffic behind me at that time. Allowing me to come to a full stop on runway if “I” chose too. very common here in the states.

      @@jamesmurray506 Yes I heard many times again the tower and your communication.
      I fully understand now !!
      I'm not sure that Korean controller can understand or not about this. LOL.
      Thanks so much for your kind explanation.
      I hope to meet you at USA when I leaving circumnavigation in year 2020 with Beistell .
      Thanks again from Korea.

    Do you know how this plane compares to the SportCruiser?

    • @jamesmurray506
      @jamesmurray506  Před 5 lety +1

      They are similar however the Bristell is in my opinion a much nicer airplane. I have flown them both and the Bristell is faster and not as pitchy.

    I’m jealous ... Are you a sport pilot ? How long have you had your Bristell and what motor did you get?

    • @jamesmurray506
      @jamesmurray506  Před 5 lety

      James Murray that’s awesome. I’m looking to start my training and will be able to purchase me a Bristell in about 2 years . Did you consider the 915 or wasn’t it a option yet?

    • @jamesmurray506
      @jamesmurray506  Před 5 lety

      Wasnt an option when a bought mine. will not be available in the US until next year. Most likely will be a ELSA and require a Private Pilot certificate.

      James Murray ok . Congrats on your plane . Very nice setup . Look forward to seeing more videos. I haven’t found a owners video on the Bristell like a walk around pre flight type video other than from the flight channels with Dan which is more like a sales pitch lol. Just a thought . Take care and happy flying!

      @@Firedog105 Hi.
      915 has 141 hp at 5800 RPM and it brings over 320kph (200mph) with constant pitch prop. But I know that LSA in US not allowe the constant pitch prop. So if you fly with fixed pitch prop you can fly only about 120 kts even with 915. This means 915 is too much enough power to fixed pitch prop aircraft. So I think 914 is reasonable & good to US LSA aircraft. But if you fly with Experimental category and using constant pitch prop and retractable landing gear you can fly over 200 mph.
      Im also preparing the 914 engine for next year purchasing
