    Thank you for these vision excerise videos. Ive been to... 6 ophthalmologists and 3 optometrists - none have ever had me do exercises. They just shrug and say theres nothing they can do. Because of vision deficits my gait has suffered terribly. I WILL BE WATCHING ALL YOUR BRAIN VISION, AND MOVEMENT VIDEOS. (I'm going blind from long-term chemo therapy. ) Thank you!!!!

    Do you suggest some of the vision exercises be done without glasses if possible? Or should we wear our glasses period? I wonder if these exercises are beneficial for anyone who has cataracks?

      Thank you for the questions. Yes doing the drills with and without glasses is best. The exercises won't improve the cataracts but will help the brain.

    What is the difference between eyesight and visual resolution, the way you explained it, it sounds EXACTLY the same?

    • @ZHealthPerformance
      @ZHealthPerformance  Před rokem +1

      Eyesight is a broader term that refers to the physical ability to see regardless of comprehension or clarity. Visual resolution is about clarity and sharpness of what you are seeing. Thanks!

      @@ZHealthPerformance So if I understand this correctly, if I have myopia and consequently - 2.5 will this help me see "sharper" at the longer distances? Will I be able to distiguish details like I was able to with +- 0?
      Essentially what I am asking is if this is going to help with my nearsightedness.

    Bugger I put numbers instead of letters🤦🏼‍♀️ I can still do this exercise though as I can still track and focus on a number right?

    • @Guide4Ever
      @Guide4Ever Před rokem

      Of course, whichever shape - could be a square, triangle, or any other complex shape doesn't even have to be letter or number.

    • @ZHealthPerformance

      On their on the answer is no in most cases unfortunately. They can certainly be helpful from our experience as a part of an overall plan but they should not be looked at as a "cure". Thanks!

      @@ZHealthPerformance What is the point of doing these exercises then? 90 % of those who come to this video have problem with specific condition - myopia.
