new sub here! Already know i'm gonna love your content. I love cooking what we catch and shoot. We sneak it into our content but i'd love to have it more front and center because for me, it's an integral part of why i hunt and fish.
Hey Cody. The Auto Kamado is an awesome cooker. It does a great job. Just follow all of the instructions to the letter. If your temperature probe is not installed just right it can fail. Other than that I highly recommend this cooker.
Mike that looks so good I wish I could order me some through the mail 😋

Awesome and welcome to my channel. My work schedule keeps me off the water but I do love to cook. Come visit any time.😎
Candy ribs!!!
Candy ribs for sure. Thanks for watching
I just don’t get the same level of smoke flavor with this as compared to my 980.
I use fist sized wood chunks. Seems to do the trick. But the 980 has more room for wood. Thanks for watching 😎
Looking at buying a auto-kamado. You think it’s a good buy?

Why do you remove the fat? I am learning, thank you.
I like to remove the bigger pockets of fat. Who wants a mouthful of fat when eating some tasty ribs? I appreciate you watching 😎
So you went 3 hours before wrapping?
Yes, 3 hours then wrap for 1 hour. Then remove from wrap and finish.
