    I have been working out past three months im not burning fat at all

      Just “working out” isn’t enough to burn fat.

      I recommend only eating carbs with protein before and after your workout and the rest of your meals are mainly protein and fats. I also recommend intermittent fasting which allows your body to burn more fat without anything digesting in your body over the window your not eating. Avoid processed sugar and only eating sugar when it’s one ingredient like fruits or honey. Get ur steps like around 10,000 is fine and you should be set if you do this.

      Intensity, raise it. Your final rep of last set should feel like you will not make it at all but still you have to push through with proper form (no need of ultra heavy weights).
