Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream (No Churn Recipe) ブルーベリーチーズケーキアイスクリームはいかがですか

  • Craving for cheesecake but no time to bake? Then this no churn ice cream recipe is for you. Mix up some simple ingredients and you have yourself the perfect frozen dessert! Subscribe for more videos! goo.gl/18SB8p
    INGREDIENTS:
    2 cups heavy cream(whipped cream)
    1 14-oz can condensed milk
    1/2 cup cream cheese softened
    1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
    1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    Juice of 1 lemon
    5-6 graham crackers or other cookies
    DIRECTIONS:
    Combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Set aside and cool. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Add condensed milk and mix until incorporated. Add cream cheese and mix one more time until smooth in consistency. Pour half the mixture into air-tight container. Add half the blueberry compote on top and swirl. Break your graham crackers or cookies on top. Add the rest of your cream, blueberry compote and finally your crackers on the top. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight. Enjoy!

    <材料>
    ・ホイップクリーム 2.5カップ
    ・コンデンスミルク 1缶(340ml)
    ・クリームチーズ 3/5カップ
    ・ブルーベリー 1カップ
    ・コーンスターチ 小さじ1/2
    ・グラニュー糖 2/5カップ
    ・レモン汁 1個分
    ・クラッカー 5~6枚
    <作り方>
    ・鍋にブルーベリーにグラニュー糖、コーンスターチ、レモン汁を入れて火に掛け、とろみが出るまでかき混ぜる
    ・ホイップクリームにクリームチーズ、コンデンスミルクをいれてよく合わせる
    ・タッパーなどにホイップクリームを半量、ブルーベリーを筋を書くように流し、クラッカーを割り入れる。この作業をもう一度繰り返す
    ・冷凍庫で凍らせて出来上がり。

    Thanks for the recipe .amazing it was. I tried with strawberry instead of blueberry. it tasted same like London dairy strawberry cheese cake icecream.

    You could cream the cheese cream and the sweetened milk separately then fold it in the peak stiff cream! It is much smoother and easy

    mmm looks so good! Also my favorite ice cream flavors are...I can't name just a few! I love green tea matcha, red bean, strawberry, cookies and cream, cookie dough...ALL ICE CREAM! (except mint :( I don't like mint things)

    This ice cream looks so delicious, and those colors are to die for!! Did the ice cream have any ice crystals/chunks in it since it was not churned? I don't have an ice cream maker but this looks simple enough to make!

      Preeya Sharma Actually it turned out quite smooth. I think it's the condensed milk(sweetened) that prevented it from crystalizing.

    Brilliant! I was just wondering how to make a cheesecake sort of ice cream. I will do strawberry, oooo, or mango!
    French Guy Cooking did a no churn video this week, he did a sriracha lime flavor! Yikes!
    I enjoy Talenti gelato, especially raspberry with dark chocolate chips.

    Wow, does it remain that soft after being frozen?
    I'm lucky enough to own a gelatiera and my icecreams, after being frozen for long, usually need some rest at room temperature in order to be remotely able to be scooped! I don't really use cream to make them, so maybe the difference is there.
    Great work anyway, it seems delicious!

      Isos You do have to leave it out for about 1 minute before being able to scoop it out smoothly, but it really doesn't get that hard. This is so delicious!
