Yes, it's from the VHS Winnie l'Ourson : Les Folles histoires de Bouriquet et Coco Lapin, released in early 2003. It's a newer dub by Audiophase that isn't available on Disney+. A partial version of the theme song was also used in some outros on the DVDs: czcams.com/video/6fpx_Qc7FW4/video.html
