Hey, like your content, tinkering and exploration on your Metacycle. I just took delivery of my Metacycle this morning and would like to know the name, brand and where you purchased your turn signals because I will be changing my mirrors and turn signals as well. Here is what I am curious about what happens if you activate sports mode but you only drive 60ish mph will sports mode be readily available without the cool down period that you experienced on the highway

There’s a way you can go into the speedo on the bike and calibrate it to the right mph settings
A little more range and it could have been so much more than a toy! I love mine but definitely a missed opportunity! If it could get a least 60 real miles it would be great but 28-30 unless you drive super slow and easy really does put it in the toy category! 🤷♂️
How long do you think it will be till Sondors comes out with higher capacity batteries? Took the 1-2 years to make their ebike 40% Higher capacity and now they have more than 100% more (7 years) Started with 36Volt 8.8AH. Now it's 48 Volt 17.5AH and 48 Volt 21AH. They NEVER just stand still satisfied with the way it is. Wait till you see yo0pur MetaCycle in 5 Years and then remember how you got yours for less than $6K. They WILL have a Level 4 Adapter soon. What about those mirrors? I like them but they are turned around backwards. To Each his own but that would drive me nutz.
I have a 40 mile commute (one-way) mostly at hwy speeds of 55-60mph. a few towns i go through where its 25-35 mph but that's only about 3 to 5 miles of the trip if I had to guess. so I need it to get me about 35 miles at at least 55mph. Do you think this is possible? I really want one. It's a shame they don't offer an upgraded pack that can go in the top slot to add some extra range to this bike. Does anyone know if that is planned?
Too bad about the speedometer, are Sonder's going to release software updates? Hopefully that's all it would take to fix
The speedo needs to be calibrated for the tire size of the bike. Mine was 11% too high. This video shows you how to do it.
