❤ Stan was the complete striker - left foot, right foot, pace, good in the air, held the ball up well, great link up play & vision etc etc 🙌🏻
Facts.
Big shout but Collymore is the single greatest striker we’ve ever had, what a phenomenal talent, such a shame his career couldn’t propel himself & England to the very top👏👏
That man needs coaching badges and a full time strikers coach role, most explosive player I ever saw for us
Yes .
Strong.
Physical.
Very physical with Ulrika if I recall.
One ..two..bang!
Always HIT the target!
Teach Brennan how to go dogging in kwik fit car park.
He probably has quite a cushy life in retirement as much as we would love him coaching our lads
Most explosive player his wifes face ever saw as welll.... WIFE BEATER
@@anonymousone6075 ok symp
Stan the man! NFFC Legend
stan the wife beater
Collymore, the best player I’ve ever seen in a Forest shirt. He was unbelievable, could do anything. Was devastated when he left the club.
This is a truly awesome example of how Steve Cooper, and the club in general, are happy to embrace and stay in touch with the players who were so key to our past glory days
It's an interview..
Thank you Stan for those great days and nights, you are a true Forest legend!...and great to see Frank Clark there, a man I have a huge level of respect for!
Frank has been immense for our club, as has Mr John Mcgovern . coyr.... best vid yet
100% COYR.
So many legends in this vid.
1966. ftid
Great player, a real shame he left when he did as he was impossible to replace. Glad his health and personal issues seem to be behind him now. Keeping Brennan last season has been a real turning point for us.
Legend! Great to see you return!
So many Forest legends in one video 😄 especially great to see Frank looking so well.
Stan the man and bryan Roy wot a partnership they were would 2 see them terrifying premiership defences today 🔥 coyr ❤️💯💪
Still got my home shirt with "22 Roy"
Always think of collymore as one of the most naturally talented players that needed minimal coaching in order to be at his best. Just so dynamic and unplayable at times, love him ❤️
In all my years following Forest I've never known such a great atmosphere around the club, and I've never been this proud to be a Red.
"Our desire is always to be here, oh City Ground"
Stan the Man . What a player . I was in the away stand at Peterborough all them years ago the memories will never leave me from that day and the season after .
A whole load of awesome in under 7 minutes. Brilliant. U REDS!!!!
Could listen and watch Stan the Man all day… what memories !❤
Welcome home Stanley. What a player on his day. Don't know about the rest of you but whenever we had a game I just felt like we could win and were gonna score some goals. He just brought that vibe every game he played.
Goosebumps all over :) A bunch of past legends and future legends!
If we're going to get all misty-eyed about Stan, I cannot ever forget that netburster away at Peterborough, that sealed promotion back to the Prem. Half the away end on the pitch, and a minor bollocking for it from Psycho. Got to be Stan's best goal, for me. Good memories.
Amazing that we all thought last season was a relegation battle and now we are playing Manchester United and Chelsea and other top teams. Last season, we had to have several loan players to surge but this season, we have bought 30 players, see success in the women's team, Under 21 and under 18 team and we have loaned out a number of players.
Got to love Forest, I know I do
Great to see Stan back home. Legend
I love you Forest ❤
Every time Stan got the ball, people stood up in anticipation of what was coming. Fabulous player.
Stan was just a one man team, extraordinary player,Frank Clarke is a Gentleman and legend, great to see him,
Thx for the vid
No he wasn't. Bryan Roy was absolute class alongside him.
@@MichaelCook84 Bryan Roy was class but he couldnt do what Stan did,no way
@@jamescunningham1973 Stan was immense, but saying Stan was a one man team is disrespectful to Roy, Stone, Woan, Haaland, Bohinen, Gemmil, Pearce, Cooper, who were all fantastic players aswell in that team.
Yeah they were a great team but without Stan we would never have got to 3rd,he did things that didnt require team mates
@@jamescunningham1973 I agree, don't see this as arguing, but healthy forest chat. 😎 Stan was immense and had individual strengths that all the other team mates didn't. He could also produce moments of individual magic and score out of nowhere. However...... That team was magic. Other players had individual strengths and quality that Stan didn't. Steve stones stamina and work rate made Stan look lazy in comparison. Ian Woan could curl a free kick in the top corner that Stan couldnt do. He could float perfect balls onto stans head all day, making him look great. His left foot was a wand. Stuart Pearce the same, could individually win a game, pens, free kicks, added with more determination, passion and effort than any other forest player ever. Colin Cooper the original ball playing centre back, so underrated and vital. Could also score free kicks better than Stan. Stans first touch wasn't in the same league as Bryan Roy either. He didn't have the same off the ball movement as Roy either. Wasn't as strong as Haaland, couldn't pass like Bohinen. Football is a team game, that's why we came 3rd. Stan was so vital though, fast, quick powerful could hold up, power past defenders, score left, right and head. That season in the prem for Forest he was like the English original Ronaldo R9. Shame hes only really remembered football wise for that season at forest and a few goals at Liverpool. Should've done it for England and could have been the best. Forest fans are probably the only ones who call Stan a legend. The whole world recognises Pearce as a legend. 😎 ✌️
I was DJ'ing in the 90s. I got a job to do a promotion in one of the pubs in the City centre. Stan was the guest personality, nice man!!
Stan the man loved by thousands of forest fans
Jesus Collymore still looks like he could do a job for an hour. What a complete and utter legend. Such such great memories. outstanding for us. And what a season 94/95 was. Great watch, this kind of stuff suits Stan down to the ground. 👍
Stan Collymore best player I have seen in the Garibaldi bar John Robertson. 👍
Chris Wood is better then them both
Stan was immense, but Pierre was close. If he hadn't have gone on strike and stitched us up, I'd say Van Hooijdonk was just a little better.
@@MichaelCook84 Both were great but Stan done it in the big league. His goal at old trafford 94/95 season lives long in the memory. COYR!
@@ForestFan74 That's true. Pierre however won many trophies after forest for Fenebache and Feyenoord. I have no doubt pierre and Kev would have been top quality in the prem together, but we never got to find out. Stan lost the plot after signing for Liverpool aswell. Both great players, except Pierre stitched us up Stan didn't.
@@ForestFan74 The goal where he banged it in near post against Schmeichel........ One of the best.
Love it Stan Garabaldi legend
Robbo and Stan in that order. The best players in my life. Both brilliant in a different way.Dynamic, was a privilege to watch them play. COYR
Stan the Man Collymore still looks like he can play - Looking fantastic
Stan was one of those rare player who when he picked the ball up around Half way the whole ground suddenly bristled with expectation. Should never have left Forest!!
Stan and Romario were my favourite players in 94/95 the man was as explosive as R9 at his best.
King
What a great club.!!!You REDS!!!❤
Got to be one of the best strikers I've ever had the privilege to watch in the Garibaldi.. Welcome home Stan once a Red always a Red

Great video just felt a bit short! Will there be an extended version?
I played against SVC as a teenager, he was at Stafford, scored about 3 against us and looked on another level to us mere mortals
I’m not biased or anything but best club in the world by a country mile 😉
Stan has only aged about 5 years since he left
Stan is a legend. You don't get characters like him in the game anymore.
yea because clubs wouldn't tolerate someone who beats their wife these days
Thank goodness. Check out his poeticous blog to see he’s still a hater
It’s like he’s starting the build up to homes under the hammer
What a player pure dynamite. Best I’ve ever seen live
Dynamite probably how ulrika johnson described him as he beat her face...
@@anonymousone6075 great player questionable man
Wasn’t he the bloke that beat Ulrika Johnson? I seem to rember he was, why people say nice things about him being complete is beyond me. What a nation we are
aye stan the wife beater....
His still a misogynist. Check out his poeticous page.
miss him what a player
bet ulrika johnson doesn't miss wife beating her... STAN THE WIFE BEATER
Top banger Stan is. Shame his career fell short.
it fell short because he beat his wife ulrika johnson...
Let's hope we don't see Keane coming out of the woodwork too.
Stan the man best striker we ever had amazing player
crap husband though.... poor ulrika johnson getting her face smashed in by a wife beater
Why did Stan want to perch on the edge of that desk when there were two seats right there. Also, that desk is likely only MDF and the two of them sitting there is just asking for it to tip over.
This kind of irresponsible behaviour cannot be tolerated at a time when injuries are as high as they are at the moment. 😡😡😡
Haha I did think the same as it reminded me of my desk at home and I certainly wouldn’t want to perch/sit on that!😂
