Lots of good spiritual defense mechanisms to assist us to work through our difficult moments. We need this because there are so many arrows being shot our way, in this diabolical society. Help us Dear Lord, to be the holy people we are called to be. Help us to confront evil in all its forms. Help us to be humble, yet strong. God, keep Fr. Fr. Altman is such a wise man, I love how fearless he is to talk about Truth. My mom had taught me the acronym H.A.L.T. (Hungry Angry Lonely Tired) and I recognized that that acronym focuses more on what our negative feelings are in that moment, so I came up with another acronym that focuses on the positive feelings/graces that we SHOULD feel instead. C.H.E.S. (Companions Happiness Eating Sleep). Each of them counters aspects of the other acronym. From my experience of struggling with sin, I actually would sit too long in the negative feelings and I realized that God doesn't want us to be down and hard on us all the time. He wants us to be happy and spread His joy. I think this acronym works really well with that state of mind.

I am so honored to hear this. I am on my daughter’s account because she was using my iPad. I decided to write this anyway. I was sad because I am a single mom with a baby on the way. The reasons are less important than my quest to ask God for what he wants in this situation. I am prepping my soul for even more battle. I do have fellowship with other moms who have been abandoned too. My son is a holy Priest which is also a radical blessing. Our Lord is outrageous in his mercy. I love you and pray for you Father Altman. Thank you men of God, you stoke the fires of my hope.

Just loved this I live in the north of Ireland 🇮🇪 and in my parish our priest takes every Tuesday off he says it’s his day off so he won’t say mass or any sacrament on Tuesday I wish we had more priests like you father god bless you
I was taught that theirs is a vocation, not just a job. I was taught that all priests say their brevery daily. I was taught that every Catolic priest is to say the Mass daily, even if there was no one in attendance. Where has the Catholic Church gone wrong, astray, or I was taught wrong ? It was in the 1950s.

The book is The Harbinger 2 The Return, the book is by Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, a Messianic Jewish Rabbi who talks about what is going on in America and the Revelation in the bible. Lots of good spiritual defense mechanisms to assist us to work through our difficult moments. We need this because there are so many arrows being shot our way, in this diabolical society. Help us Dear Lord, to be the holy people we are called to be. Help us to confront evil in all its forms. Help us to be humble, yet strong. God, keep Fr. Altman safe, and allow him to continue teaching and preaching to us. We need him.

Fr. Altman is such a wise man, I love how fearless he is to talk about Truth. My mom had taught me the acronym H.A.L.T. (Hungry Angry Lonely Tired) and I recognized that that acronym focuses more on what our negative feelings are in that moment, so I came up with another acronym that focuses on the positive feelings/graces that we SHOULD feel instead. C.H.E.S. (Companions Happiness Eating Sleep). Each of them counters aspects of the other acronym. From my experience of struggling with sin, I actually would sit too long in the negative feelings and I realized that God doesn't want us to be down and hard on us all the time. He wants us to be happy and spread His joy. I think this acronym works really well with that state of mind.

Father Altman, I’m always in tears.. as I think of all of my sins..& see all this entitlement.. my Husband was not part of my Grown daughters lives..& we are all so broken… I’m trying to find my way fully home.. I Pray for Priests to please Find the time. To tell us the truth.. Why would I hide from. My father in Heaven? I trust in The Lord.. I was born in October of 58..& it’s been my great awakening… I am Ashamed of me.. And taken responsible for my Children.. Grown & sinful as we are all.. I am so honored to hear this. I am on my daughter’s account because she was using my iPad. I decided to write this anyway. I was sad because I am a single mom with a baby on the way. The reasons are less important than my quest to ask God for what he wants in this situation. I am prepping my soul for even more battle. I do have fellowship with other moms who have been abandoned too. My son is a holy Priest which is also a radical blessing. Our Lord is outrageous in his mercy. I love you and pray for you Father Altman. Thank you men of God, you stoke the fires of my hope.

Just loved this I live in the north of Ireland 🇮🇪 and in my parish our priest takes every Tuesday off he says it’s his day off so he won’t say mass or any sacrament on Tuesday I wish we had more priests like you father god bless you

I was taught that theirs is a vocation, not just a job. I was taught that all priests say their brevery daily. I was taught that every Catolic priest is to say the Mass daily, even if there was no one in attendance. Where has the Catholic Church gone wrong, astray, or I was taught wrong ? It was in the 1950s.

Everything that you mentioned about spiritual warfare and the Enemy At The Gate, reminds me of the book that I am now reading. The book is The Harbinger 2 The Return, the book is by Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, a Messianic Jewish Rabbi who talks about what is going on in America and the Revelation in the bible. This is a very serious concern, not only to me but, for everyone here. God bless you Father Altman, I believe in God's word, The Truth, The Way and The Life.
