The photo you saved for this video says it’s on a triple lot and shows a three car garage home(this home only has a 2 car garage and didn’t look like an oversized lot?). Your description also says 3 car garage, which makes me think you may have confused 2 homes🤔
Nice home, but the primary is a miss for me. I would prefer sliders in the bedroom and one transom window vs the windows on either side of the bed. I really hate the exposed closets. You would have to keep your closets in perfect order and who has time for that?
I do really like that the builder fenced the yard, added blinds, and included the w/d. The linen closet in the pool bath is great as well(not sure why, but so many pool baths don’t have one!). I love the wet bar with wine fridge(perfect to chill white wine or rosé). I wish they did a 3 car garage and I wish they included a grill in the outdoor kitchen.
Good catch! The property tour for Thursday is the 3 car on the triple lot ( I will make sure that one is right) Karen and I filmed a bunch the other day and I mixed them up. Thank you for pointing that out!

I like the floors. White wine is chilled red wine is not.
