    Amazingly well written, shot and articulated video Gregory. The topics covered are excellent.
    I use gymnastics rings almost every kettlebell session. Ring push-ups and ring dips cover all chest training gaps.

    The Floor Press works well for the chest using Kettlebells.

    Excellent video! My current challenge is developing a smooth hand insertion. I’m not beating up my forearm, However it doesn’t feel as smooth you make it look.
    For chest exercises I’ve been using a kettlebell exercise taught in the Army called the supine chest press.
