You mean you sprained your ankle? People "suffer" from cancer, migraines, AIDS...
I was at a pub in the city, took 40 minutes to get a beer and get to outside area, had beer then decided it was quicker to leave the balcony way then to reenter the pub so me stupidly jumps not realising its 3m high and im unfit as hell and severely sprains my ankle, bought some tape and this video showed me how to apply. easy done cool.
