Sorry for the late message. Any kind of crape bandage will solve the purpose. Various brands look different in different places but the principle is the same

There is no reason why you can not wear it while sleeping. This specific video talks about crape bandage on ankle and foot. It’s is recommended to elevate your limb with a pillow which will serve a better purpose than a crape bandage
Thanks a lot. My x ray shows fracture in base of 5th metatarsal. Doctor advised to use crepe bandage. There is no pain only swelling. I put my foot raised during sleep. But during sitting I place it on a chair. I use ice twice and taking medicines. Thank you once again. Any advice from you is boon to me.🙏🙏🙏

It should be worn while you are out of bed. When I’m bed elevating the foot is a better option
