  • After a devastating fire left a Tennessee mansion in ashes, the homeowners decided to put it on the market without any cleanup or remodeling. The mansion is located in a ritzy neighborhood outside Nashville. It sits on five acres and includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The owner even used a photo of the blaze in the listing with a price tag of nearly $1.5 million. After being on the market for just four days, they finally had a buyer.

Nashville... Great investment..I feel the property without any structures is worth close to 3/4 a million. So after viral videos and a CZcams channel I'm sure. It will pay for itself. Great buy family!!!

It's obviously a BARGAIN! $1,5M purchace price another $2 - $2,5M to demolish old structure & rebuild = $3,5M total investment. This is probably less than a "normal" purchase in that neighbourhood on 5 acres. Well played! No wonder they're all smiles!
