CRIT BIKE BUILD - 2022 Vitus ZX-1 EVO Aero Road Bike

- In this video I teamed up with Corey Jameson over at Uptown Bicycles to do a full crit bike build from start to finish on my brand new 2022 Vitus ZX-1 EVO aero road bike.
The Vitus ZX-1 EVO is a full carbon aero road bike frameset equipped with an FSA ACR Stem that allows for super clean internal cable routing. I am sticking with my ENVE SES Aero Road Bars that sit 42cm at the drops and 34.5cm hood center to center.
The groupset on the new crit bike is SRAM Rival (may upgrade this in the future) and we are running Prime Bike Components Attaquer Alloy Wheelset for training. The Prime Black 60s are on their way and will be my primary race day wheelset when they arrive.
I can't wait to get this bike out on the road and start ripping around. Overall the Vitus ZX-1 EVO comes in fully setup to race at about 18.7lbs which is on the heavier side, but for an aero crit bike I don't think we're really counting in the first place.

This has been in the works for quite some time. So excited I can finally share the new VITUS ZX-1 EVO with you guys. This is my first full carbon road bike, and I'm stoked to see what this thing can do. Race wheels are getting laced up and on the way and we will be FLYING for the back half of the season and into 2023. Hope you all enjoyed the video! Already cranked it like over 1,000 miles. I was gonna do some crank swap stuff before I did the review but the Crankset setup I’m going for might not be the answer. Not sure yet!

Yo! I have ripped this thing around, long rides 120+ miles 7-8 hrs in the saddle, raced it, everything and still absolutely love it. Corners on rails, feels super stable. I have it on Prime 50mm with conti GP5000 30MM tires and it is perfect.
What are you planning on doing with the Allez?
