    The finished product of my fish laab is always wet soggy, I like it less sticking together and more loose. I even squeezed out any liquid from fish but still seems soggy at the end. Did I missed something?

    Yummy tasty salad for sure. BTW, what types of fish do you use for making Goi Pla??? Tilapia? Trout? Soil Fish? Or is it ok to use mackerel as well???

      Thank you! I’ve used frozen tilapia fillet bc that was the only thing I have access to when made this video. I’ve used fresh tilapia and bass in the past. And they’re delicious! I haven’t tried trout, soil fish or mackerel yet. I don’t see why you can give mackerel a try. I’m all about experiencing new dishes. Let me know how that turns out! 👍😁
