Where To Start Fishing in September

- čas přidán 11. 09. 2023
- It's September and the fishing is only going to get better! This month I'm breaking down 3 new lakes and where I would start if I were to be fishing them. Remember, just because these aren't your specific body of water, doesn't mean that these areas won't apply to you. Look for ways on your water, that relate to these tips and go catch some big ones!

Just killed it yesterday at my local lake here in California thanks to your help E. Hit that big shallow flat and killed it. Always appreciate the juice💪🎣
Edwin, I still don’t have my 1986 skeeter going but I watch your lake breakdowns every month. One of these days I will text you some pictures of the bass I caught because you taught me how to break these lakes down. God bless you and your family. 🙏🎣🦃🦌♥️
Edwin, watched this video last night. Went out this morning and did everything I learned here and caught a 5.33 largemouth. THANK YOU
I have emailed on you website because you chose my comment and I never have heard anything back !!!!!!! Did I win an optima battery voucher !!!!!!???????
Glad I caught this video soon as it uploaded!
I work 2 jobs and when i go fishing to feed my wife and kids and myself, i need to walk away with some food so i always enjoy the breakdowns, especially when you done my hometown lake and it really helps us to find fish. Thanks man!
I always check out “this month’s tips”. Most time go out pre-rig my rods with recommended tackle. Knowledge is better bass fishing.
I really like your “compress the water” advice, thanks!
I can’t afford lithium so the next best thing is Optima. Been running them for many years. They last longer than regular lead acid batteries. I run them in my boat, truck and tractor. These lake breakdowns and lures for the month are my favorite vids.
Love this series of videos. Always watch them before my college club tourneys
Edwin, with many options on fishing education videos, you’re like breakdown is simply the best…..period.
Helps catch more fish in Georgia 😎🐟💦
I love the river fishing in the Susquehanna in PA for smallmouth bass
Awesome video, this is my favorite time of year to fish because of how peaceful the lake is. I love to throw the Berkley Choppo while everyone is sitting in a tree stand.
Can’t wait for fall fishing. Keep up the good work.
super helpful, appreciate the time you spend breaking down lakes, especially lakes you haven't been to before.
Always enjoy The monthly lake breakdown , and the monthly Bait video's !!!!
Thanks Edwin. I have started to approach starting spots a little differently after watching these video series.
September is a toughie. Thanks for the video!
I always watch for your videos to pick up some good tips for the month! Great job 👏 👍 👌
That’s some great info, good way to find what you like to fish. I like the same areas you mentioned I’m 68 yrs old and still learning a lot from fishermen like you that’s share this knowledge, enjoyed this! Thx a lot👍
Love your break downs, taking my grandson fishing, going to teach him the art of spinnerbait fishing, he's only 9, but he really showed out last time I taught him to frog fish, figuring that definitely get him hooked, and boy did it! Godspeed and good luck in the future, pulling for you man !
Well heck fire Doulbe E, Wallenpaupack is round the corner. That area with the bridge is a hot spot. You nailed that. Lots of grass and rocks on both sides past the beidge up in there
Look forward to these videos each month. Always helpful info. Thank you EE.
Thanks for keeping us pointed in the right direction. Your videos are always super insightful. Saves me a lot of driving time on the water!
Thank You for doing this for us average fisherman! It does help us figure out our lakes.
Thanks, Edwin. I learn something every time I watch one of these videos. I'm hoping the last lake is Bull Shoals.
Great help during the beginning of Fall transition
Great program. Keep up the Great Lake reviews! Getting started with catching the first Bass can make or break your day.
I love the videos you do here man. They’re always informative and fun to watch.
Thanks for all the time you spend helping us learn and get better as to locations to start fishing.
Thanks for doing Lake Wallenpaupack
I’m glad I suggested to Edwin to take a look at the pac?
Looking forward to the next few in the series. I alway struggle when the temps start to drop. Thanks E!
Thanks for breaking it down for us Edwin. As you know fall can be tough. I stand on the trolling motor and cover water marking the bites as I go and then look at that data zoomed out later and locate the area where most of the bites occurred. I then target that area for finishing out the limit. Keep up the great job bud ! We appreciate you 👍
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I fish Shearon Harris all the time and you nailed it! That's what makes you a PRO! Really appreciate your videos! Going to share the video with a local fishing guide. Tight lines and God bless! 🙂
Central Florida I've noticed the fish are back at mid depth 7 to 13 ft of water. It narrows down from there to finding scattered vegetation and just slow down and use less flash more demure baits. 7 inch worm sounds old school but they still eat it day in day out. Thx for all the tips. I feel you give honest accurate information
so Helpful in understanding bass behavior!
Love your videos. Watching this one a little late, somehow missed it. Thanks for sharing!
Everyone finds the obvious stuff anymore, you have to find something different to be productive. Your break downs do point out places you can get bit so great job.
Edwin, thanks for all the great videos and stuff that you do. I enjoy watching all the videos and you breaking down all the different lakes. I live in upper east Tennessee my home lake is South holston . We predominantly have smallmouth but several large mouth also but not many people target them. I would enjoy you breaking it down. Tight lines to ya!
Another good one EE. Appreciate the help and keep up the good work.
Love the videos. Helpful tips, now to just get a boat haha. Thanks for the tips and info.
How about a breakdown on deep spotted bass in November at Hartwell or Lanier
Thanks for looking at Harris, I get over there time to time, but my local is also a powerplant lake, warmer and deeper, but I have some things to look for.
You got us ready for fall fishing. Thank you!
Great tips for where to start. I always appreciate these videos.
I recently got a boat myself. A used little bass tracker and one of those batteries would be a great thing to win! Not to mention I love watching these videos.

Great advice Edwin. Thank you for your time in making these videos.
Appreciate you again Mr. Edwin let's get out there and catch some fish always look forward to these videos 💪
Thanks for the video. First year fishing in the bass Nation team tournaments in NH. We've pulled off two wins and a 23rd. One more to go in our big lake to try and stay in third place to qualify for the team national championship. I'm usually hunting in the fall so videos like this are helping me figure out what fish are doing in the fall. Thanks again.
