Actually, I don't think she knows exactly what she's doing. I think it was Jordan Peterson that said you know when you talking to an ideolog instead of a person when you know exactly what they are going to say. In this case, I don't think there is a person there, just an ideolog. I don't see independent thought, ideas, questions, engagement, etc. As such, I can't imagine any self reflection as to what she is really doing, what others really think about her, how it will affect her life, how it affects her thought process, if she wants to be like that, etc., etc.

They are not paying, we are. They have student loans courtesy of the taxpayer but if they then fail to get a decent job they will never have to pay it back. Basically they can doss about at university for a few years, soaking up the propaganda and feeling themselves to be very superior, in order to put off having to work for their living. Sorry but no, it has not been. When I was young we were taught creationism and evolution in the same classroom and the lesson was "Study both and form your own opinion". The very foundation of colleges is not to teach a single point of view but to demonstrate all points of view and then teach how to arrive at a conclusion (hard sciences like math and physics aside). This has changed in the last 30 years or so to preaching a single concept and slandering any others that oppose. This is called 'brainwashing' and history has shown us how this works. WE are at the same state right now as 1930 Germany but most who are not properly educated cannot see it. Socrates said it best: "The fate of nations depend upon the education of youth".@@ItApproaches

I didn't go to uni. Left school at 15 with no qualifications at all, and got a job in a nationalised industry (in England). I am so proud to say that I am more intelligent and better educated than young people like her. Not only did I educate myself about the Middle East many years ago (I'm 64) I can also reason - using logic and rationale. I know a lot about world politics, physics, and enough about economics to get me through a discussion. Whenever I hear a young person at Oxford or Cambridge speak, I am so proud of myself for knowing more than they do.
It is their colossal arrogance. Students always sat around and discussed the future and the problems of the world. But we HAD to get jobs and the real world hit pretty hard when competition forced you to grow up. Media, Woke corporations, and faculty now encourage and promote this. This allows these kids to live in NEVERLAND forever. And then a Joe Biden pours out the money so they can continue to live as children, demanding, bullying, and throwing tantrums to get what THEY want. I'm 77, I went to school in a small village in South Yorkshire. The education I received was outstanding. Like you, I left school at 15 with no real qualifications.
I was able to get a job in a bank and worked my way up, to where I was in charge of all the money in the vault. I would actually put myself up against any of these
so called university students and do very well. They know nothing of world affairs, history, geography and they can't spell or do simple math.

I started working at a small garage in central Manchester where it was initiation day every day … the older mechanics used to think it was fun to grease my balls with oil and sawdust … plus other antics … I’ve worked as electrician, I’ve worked in a bakery, I’ve worked in a warehouse, I’ve worked as a Commis Chef, I’ve worked in the Deep Sea Fishing Industry (Fleetwood Lancashire) I worked for approximately 9 years in the hospitality industry at Belle Vue in Manchester, I’ve worked in the Aerospace industry (Avro Works in Chadderton) I finally finished my working life in the engineering industry for a company making and supplying Shotblasting Equipment … I’ve been to the university of life and learned a great deal …. Common sense being the most valuable lesson and learning more about a particular topic before I open my stupid mouth … these students need to study the history of the Middle East and not just the recent history … the lands were called Israel and Judaea long before Palestine was invented ….

Depends what you call intelligence. Having done a Bsc Computer Science at a prestigious university, I learned nothing about politics. I was however prepared to become a manager in any computer science related field.
i'm 61. when i was young i always hung around older people. i knew i wasn't as smart as them yet. seeing how brainwashing really works and the arrogance of young people today is truly mesmerizing.

I’m a senior, so thankfully my children got their education when it still existed. I can’t imagine being a parent today with the absolute no-win Russian-Roulette game they’re forced to play. Either use $100,000 dollars of your hard earned money to get your child a degree, (that may or may-not be of any value whatsoever) while they’re being indoctrinated and dummied down; or, refuse to pay $100,000 thousand for a tissue paper degree, and know that they won’t stand a chance in hell against immigrant labour!
Once again; I am so thankful that both my sons are educated enough to opt out of subjecting a future generation to this shit show!
