It is important to point out that there is a difference between aerobic exercise, and resistance training, also known as weight lifting. Doing this at least three times a week in conjunction with a sensible diet such as more fruit, vegetables, pulses, fish, lean meats and less processed or fast foods will deliver in spades. My Garmin smart watch keeps track of "Intensity Minutes". Working out close to maximum heart rate is effectively double the minutes. So, if you workout very intensely for 20 minutes per day or 40 minutes every other day, then you get the same (or more) benefits.
Exercise is very good for brain function, overall energy levels, mood, hormones, and self-esteem. I have found that when I workout more I'm significantly more productive in all other areas of my life, even though I'm spending quite a bit of time working out. My motivation and energy is higher, and I'm able to learn and think better.

You’d think because women have smaller hearts it would negatively impact them more, but if they need less exercise to stay healthy, and cardio makes your heart stronger, then maybe they have stronger hearts with all other lifestyle factors equal and can therefore handle more amphetamines/cocaine/caffeine/etc
