Yes, there are plenty of sound scientific and logical arguments that prove why HUMAN life and personhood begin at conception. People ask, "So ban masturbation because sperm cells are getting killed?" A sperm cell cannot improve itself to form a human body. A fertilized egg grows and begins looks human.
The whole justification for abortion is if it doesn't look human, then I don't consider it human life and therefore, it doesn't deserve at least the limited right to life. In a sense, if the mother's life is at risk, the baby should be terminated if that is the only recourse. If the mother decides that she'd want to sacrifice her life for the baby then that should also be allowed.

The whole thing isn’t so black and white. You can’t just say aborting an 8 month fetus is okay but you also can’t say that aborting a clump of cells in first few weeks of conception is not. There should be different restrictions, but ultimately I think people should just choose whatever tf they wanna do at the end of the day.

The role of the Supreme Court isn't to uphold the will of the majority. Their job is the interpret the Constitution as it relates to laws. Like slavery, a majority of people supported it but that didn't make it morally right or permitted under the Constitution.
How many people supported it? Did the average American support slavery during slavery? If so, what percentage.

@@chumbue6537 You're not going to find percentages on how many people supported slavery, but you can easily look to the history of the U.S. to see it was widely supported. For one, it was extremely profitable for southern farmers, and every time a new state was added in the 1800s, there were many debates about whether the new state would be a free state or a slave state. Even northern abolitionists were still prejudiced against Africans, however they knew the constitution explicitly stated that everyone should be free. Hell, the Civil War was primarily fought for the state's rights to own slaves.

Majority didn't support slavery at the time of abolition, it was majority in the south that supported it, and matter of fact, a supreme court decision even made slavery worse and was one of the things that led to the Civil war (the dred scott v stanford case). Slavery was so unpopular that they made a constitutional amendment outlawing it after the civil war, and that is how it was able to be outlawed, because they changed the constitution (which is literally the hardest thing to do in the US-and a cause of a ton of our problems), which can only be done with like damn near 90+% popular support.
This supreme court decision was dumb even if you do not support roe v wade. It basically throws away precedent and stare decisis. It only makes sense if you're a religious ideologue.

@@godassasin8097 Andrew Callaghan specifically used a group of Mennonites, a group of extreme Christians, as the only voice against abortion for this video. You don't have to be religious to be pro-life, and there's plenty of pro-life arguments that don't involve religion. Andrew was deliberate when he chose to use Mennonites because he knows their argument is weaker.

Would a life at the moment of conception person believe if put in the scenario a building is on fire, 20 fertilized eggs in petri dishes and a newborn baby is in the building. You can only save the petri dishes or the baby. Since you believe life is at conception your gonna save the petri dishes?
Petri dish fertilization shouldn't happen anyway, it discards millions of children and treats human beings as products. I would pick the child, as they can feel pain, and have journeyed in life and been the joy of many people. The embryos wil ldie painlessly. And, IVF has a very low chance of success anyways (another reason I discourage it). In this I do not mean that these embryos are of no intrinsic human worth. All these things have little to do with abortion. Purposefully killing a person and them dying in an accident are different. We should not go out of our way to kill people. This argument is all only to morally confuse people and get them to agree with the baby killing agenda.
