This series is specially for August Digital SAT test takers, and I'm going through the advanced topics of the Reading & Writing. Today's specific topic is the Central Idea Question on a Science Phenomenon
1. Recognize that this is Central Idea Question from the phrase "What does the passage suggest/say/claim/indicate?"
2. From the first sentence, notice that we are talking about some type scientific phenomenon AKA something that happens in nature/science.
3. Really utilize elimination of the extreme answers!

@@SexyJ so the update is that I've taken the SAT twice (sadly away from my plan). The first time I got a 720 and a 750 and the second time a 730 and 770. Thank you Sexy J. Wish me luck!

You're very welcome. We are still working out issues with copyright, so a PDF is unlikely to happen any time soon sadly.
isn't it a detail question, thats why main idea is not in the answer choices
Honestly I would say it's mostly an inference question, but College Board has decided only the ones with "logically completes the text" are inference questions for some reason 🤔

Hi J, I'm currently having a pdf file which includes all of the questions in the real June digital sat. However, it is quite blurry and need to be retyped. I heard that college board does recycle some one the questions in its previous test so it might be helpful for students. @@anujpaudel4736 I don't think it's wise to widely disclose real test as College Board regard it as "illegal" so I can't really give it non-sat tutor; but if J have access to the file and rewrite the questions in his own word, you might have the chance to familiarize with it in his livestream.
