I wish someone would make a movie about Kano and it’s history. We need more African Westerns portraying the story of precolonial Africa!

That is not true History, Kano were conquer by Nupe people not as they want us to believe, and Bayajida episode is capital lie, how can a Banza Bakwai as that story goes can't understand Hausa till they learn, and if Hausa Bakwai are true sister language to Banza Bakwai they would have hear each other clearly not till they learn, and Hausa is different from Nupe, Kanuri etc languages....
Interesting comment. I have a friend, from Kwara state. And he looks exactly like one of the guys who was talking in the documentary. As you know nupe are in kwara state too.
Question, before nupe took over who was there? Who are the original hausas and who are the original inhabitants of Kano?
This is not the complete story..we hear about the British Invasion….but we hear not about Fulanis terrorist attacked and invading Kano and killing the Hausas and their king’s and taking over their lives and lands till today
