I kind of see Chelsea as being mentally victimized by her disinterested (and suicidal) mother and emotionally distant father which helps to explain some of her bratty behavior that is derived from deep-seeded insecurity. But she's certainly not a nice girl, which is why she was so useful to Jinnu--even it was amazed (and thrilled) by her ruthlessness. I hope you'll check out my other work. CTFDN has spoiled me with many wonderful narrations and Otis Jiry has done pieces for me too, even in genres besides horror.

Eh, good stories, but hardly terrifying. That word tends to be overused. Just once I'd like to hear a really scary story that makes me afraid of the dark.

The scariest part of snow angles is the fact that the kid kills his own pet and they all act like it's no big deal through the whole story. I had no sympathy for any of them

First and foremost, Thank you, @Chilling Tales for Dark Nights. I suffer from PTSD and severe anxiety and my best friend's dad recently passed away suddenly. I've been heartbroken ever since I found out and my PTSD has kicked up major as well as my anxiety (kind of package deal.) So, sleep is very difficult to come by and your long narrations are one of the few things that has soothed me enough to get some relief and rest from a hard time. Thank you for that and thank you for delivering some KILLER tales. Also, That first story would be an amazing horror-themed sequel to Face/Off. "You've seen Nicholas Cage and John Travolta wrestle with their own demons...now watch them fight in a demonic battle for a priests soul!" #IdWatchIt

Alex S. I have noticed that anyone can die and it makes sence and follows the stories but if an animal gets hurt or killed I cry and curse the evil mind that killed that animal. I Love all animals up to 4 legs. After that, kill away.

So Susanne died☠️ I’m assuming⁉️I hate the fact that it had ended like that‼️ But when the bird🕊 fell out of the sky onto her snow angel, I believe that was foreshadowing & symbolic and represented that the airplane✈️ she was on...literally minutes away from landing🛬 at the airport, was going to also fall🛩 out of the sky & slam into the earth‼️

I heard an amazing story a while back that has stuck with me. I haven’t been able to find it for a while and hopefully someone here can help me. The only thing I remember is that the story used the nursery rhyme “down by the river” multiple times throughout the telling. Anyone have any ideas on the title? Thanks in advance.

I don't know if I'd ever call that occult, in the popular use of the term. For many people who subscribe to a religion, they aren't seeking the dead nor spirits to answer their question or to provide a word for what they are seeking as a personal request to understand something happening to them at the time (clarity). They are usually seeking their creator or higher power. The instance you're referring to is people looking for their fortunes to be told, which would be considered occult in that instance. There's a reason psychics don't focus on telling you what's happening right now, because you can already see that and that's not usually what people want from them.
