I think the problem is this: When Nelk started, it was just 3 bros hanging out and filming funny pranks. I think once Nelk turned more into a business, Kyle wanted 905 to be an obedient employee instead of a friend. 905 was always a sour puss, which made for a funny aspect to the videos, but off-camera I'm sure he was kind of a downer.
I think they should just admit that they didn't like 905, and that's it. Stop trying to make it about how he was DMing girls and stuff.

1.When he had a behind the scenes role he made numerous mistakes such as losing 10K worth of cameras, not editing on time and not contributing to the team, therefore he was kicked from behind the scene and made a infront of the camera personality 2.As a on camera personality he become more popular and more associated with the brand 3.He was send alot of unwanted dick pics and videos 4.This is bad for the brand, but he kept doing it after being told not to 4-5 times. 5.he was still lazy and late. So a lazy/late employee who is potentially about to get canceled for sending unwanted dick pics. That sounds as not an employee worth keeping around.
