  • making simple door panels for the van with luan 4x8 sheet
    i did not show it but i glued the plastic template on the door for a water barrier on each door.

    I know you said that you used a Dremel tool to round the corners but did you actually cut the piece out of the 4 by 8 sheet of plywood using a razor knife instead of a jigsaw?

      They are plastic push clips. I got a multi pack off ebay so i am not sure the name
