Ahmed, I'm South African. In our country a lot of people get Tuberculosis ( TB) it has to be treated with a 6 month course of special antibiotics. TB causes coughing up blood and a very bad cough and it's very contageous. Please go to a good medical centre immediately and tell the doctor what I said. There is a cure for it but you must go quickly for help. God bless you and keep you and I pray that you will get the help you need and get better quickly.❤

Both of you gentlemen are wonderful human beings with so much love to give, with our love to you both and Roya we pray that Ahmed receives medical help, Ahmed please stop being so stubborn & go to a lung specialist,called a Pulmonologist. The longer you put it off the worse it will get. I pray for your healing. I do agree with Ahmed on looking for Roya's mother, you must not dwell on it everyday. It is obvious that you wouldn't give Roya to her mother even if you found her. Please think ahead, what if you found her and brought her to your home to stay with Roya, how do you know that she wouldn't leave & take Roya with her while you are away on your job. Then Roya would be gone forever!!! We viewers love little Roya & don't want anything to harm her in any way. Roya wouldn't want to leave you either. She loves you both. Hire a nurse to stay with her. Ahmed certainly needs extensive medical tests because of spitting blood! Royal really loves them and has become so emotionally attached to them! But wondering if Ahmed could take care of her permanently because of his health! But oh he loves that child. I agree they do need to stop looking for the mother! She left that baby alone on the road! Why doesn't he realize she could do it again! He may not be able to keep her because he works but responsible choices nerd to be made for that child's future! God bless them all.

Your right, if she lives roya, she would have done it already, a mother can’t stand being away from her children no matter how hard it is , I know with experience, been on street and made sure my kids were takeing care of what mothers do, long time ago but battled for our happy home, you keep roya the mother will not love her in the way you do roya knows things are not right, she so loves you, take care, just be happy and except mum is no where to be seen and does not want to be seen I think that beautiful girl is happy probably the best time in her short life being here, I say carry on being that precious family for her, blessings Mary🏴

I think she was having a very hard time and did what was best for her daughter that’s maybe the reason she hasn’t looked for her but she may have seen roya having good time with them and put her mother at ease

Этот мёд лечит астму, бронхи и даже туберкулёз.
Я сво́ю астму вылечила этим медом.
И ещё брала 0,5 кг меда добавляла две веточки толстого листа алоэ и все перемешала когда алоэ пустил сок я в день три раза по столовой ложке до еды ела этот мёд.

Ahmed I have a lung disease called Bronchiectasis it is serious coughing up blood is one of rhe symptoms it can be very scarey when that happens you need medication and to look after yourself xxx
