I believe it was a blood test for blood grouping, AB, O, A,B, not a dna. Maybe they have different fathers? Or cousins?
DNA tests don't come back that quickly so it had to be a blood test. And those are not even close to 100 percent accurate. I don't have the same blood type as my parents but because of there blood type I can have the type I do.

We all figured the boy was not Royas brother. Glad the test was done.
