    The free content that you give away is amazing. It has allowed my local business to have a CPA of $15 which is great for a service that averages $125.

    Great video Aaron. We are in the B2B space and one problem we face is that our business is filled with acronyms. Because Google does not allow ALL CAPS, we often cannot use dynamic keyword insertion because "FDA" or "ISO" shows up as "Fda" or Iso" in the ads which makes us look unprofessional. Wish they would fix this because tons of companies are not able to use this to its full potential because of this.

      Hey Chris, yes this is annoying but the reason is because Google does not allow capitalisation except for some acronyms.

    Hey Aaron, loved this training.
    Can you make a video on getting clients for google ads? What your prospecting methods are etc
    Quite off topic but I still believe this is beneficial to your audience and potentially attract more users to this golden nugget of a channel as well.

    • @AaronYoungGoogleAds

      Thanks Alpine,
      Yes I have actually been looking at doing some videos on prospecting, working as a freelancer, agency vs freelancer etc etc.
      So keep an eye out for when I complete these as will likely be in June at some stage

    Hi Aaron,
    Thanks for this amazing video. Really helpful.
    Can I do it on editor for whole account instead of any particular ad group on interface. TIA

    • @AaronYoungGoogleAds
      @AaronYoungGoogleAds  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Amit, yes you can do in editor using:
      {Keyword:}
      So for the keyword: iPhone 12 Pro Case
      It would be: {Keyword:iPhone 12 Pro Case}

  • @southtexashomeinvestors685

    I noticed that you pinned the keywords, but the ad strength was below "Excellent" What is more important Ad Strength or pinning your keyword insertion ad?

    Hi Aaron. Love your vids and I downloaded your optimization schedule.
    One question: Why are all of my conversion actions working and getting conversions, but my Conversions metric is not counting all of them and not giving credit to campaigns, ads, etc.
    All my conversion actions say I have 15 conversions for month of May but total conversions in my campaigns are only 6.

      Hi Denis this could be because of your conversation attribution settings.
      Have you double checked the numbers in Google Analytics

    Hello Nice content! A question if I have phrase match keyword in DKI, what will be the copy in the ad? the whole prrase match from the user query?

  • @RlxUrSelf

    can we add DKI in call only ads? it seems to be not working there. putting that bracket do not pop up any keyword insertion window.

    Aaron, a question: we're selling flooring materials, and there's a lot of searches for "Acme Store Flooring" or "x Brand Reviews"... what's a good strategy to add DKI but preventing this? BTW there's a lot store and brands out there, I cannot just add the store or brand's as neg keywords. Thx!

    Respected Aaron, I have been using keyword insertions plus broad match modifiers. Just want to confirm that does DKI still works with Responsive Search Ads?
    I remember that broad match modifiers plus DKI both worked perfectly till 2019 but later on it started giving errors.
    Please also guide can we use DKI for On-Call Ads?
    Can we use DKI on more than 2 headlines? Since both keywords in On-Call Ads are Modifiers to each other?

    • @AaronYoungGoogleAds
      @AaronYoungGoogleAds  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Adnan,
      Yes you can use DKI on responsive search ads and also on more than one headline in a RSA. I have even pinned them in positions 1 & 2 or 1 & 3.
      For Call ads, I have not tested recently this is partly because I found lower CPC when I used a search ad with call extensions rather than just Call Ads. But the last time I tried I could not use DKI on Call Ads.
      Hope that helps

    • @AaronYoungGoogleAds
      @AaronYoungGoogleAds  Před 2 lety +6

      Hey guys, the ad strength was showing as poor as this was a split test that I was completing. The "poor" result only showed because:
      - I only had 4 headlines
      - & one of them was pinned to position one
      I don't pay too much attention to the ranking of poor, average, good, excellent as this is built on:
      - you have at least 10 headlines
      - with no pinned headlines or descriptions
      - it does also take into account whether you have keyword focus (but in this example keyword focus was present - so not the issues)
      Furthermore, I have had "excellent" ads perform really poorly and "poor" ads perform excellently for conversions & CTR.
      With these rankings that Google gives just keep in mind that they give that rank on 2 factors:
      - 1 keyword focus
      - the ability for them to be able to run spilt tests
      But as I have said previously the issue with the split tests from Google is that they need 5,000 impressions in 30 days - which is not viable for most ad groups. So that is why manual split testing is still required as it gives you the best results.
      Hope that helps 👍
