    The absolute best tutorial on negative keyword list. Can you do a video on performance max?For search campaigns for service Businesses thanks

      We're still testing PMax for lead gen and local service - I still don't like the results since most of it is junk and we still get better quality from standard search. However, once I feel confident in a strategy that produces quality leads for local service from PMax I'll make a video on it.

    What would be the best approach for handling negative keywords with your setup, if you had up to several campaigns with ads in different languages? For example, if you had campaigns in English running in the US, while others ran in German in Germany, how would you structure and handle your negative keyword lists?

    • @growmyads
      @growmyads  Před měsícem

      I would just create specific language neg lists. For example, if I had a Universal English negative keyword list then I would also have a Universal German negative keyword list.

    What are you doing for single word negatives? Is broad or phase better for that? For Example, Industry: moving company. Negative phase: car transport. (We never move cars or want to fire ads for anything car related) should I broad or phase match “cars”? In your video at 18:53 why not just add “wash” instead of the phase “how to wash” or “price to wash”? Wouldn’t blocking “wash” be more effective to negate?

      @growmyads  Před 13 dny

      For single keywords match type doesn't matter they will behave the same. You're correct, in this case adding "wash" instead of "how to wash" would have been more effective.

    But when you add negative key words from your search term report day to day, you can only add it once, as either broad phrase or exact. Do you have to add each keyword in TWICE, both as exact so it's removed from the report, then as the second match type that suits it the most?

    • @growmyads
      @growmyads  Před 2 měsíci +1

      If you want to show it as removed from search term report then yes you would have to add it as exact and then also add as phrase or broad for the efficiency.

    what is difference between brand terms and competitors?

    • @growmyads
      @growmyads  Před 3 měsíci +2

      Brand = your company name
      Competitor = your competitor names
      For example, Grow My Ads is our Brand term and any other Google Ads agency would be competitor terms.

    i am selling mattress. i added keyword as mattress and I added the negative keyword with competitor name . for example competitor name - sleepezzz mattress. Does it will affect my added keyword quality. I talk with google ads expert the said that it will effect so only add sleepezzz. if you add sleepezzz mattress then your mattress keyword will not work. Is google right about this?

    • @growmyads
      @growmyads  Před 26 dny

      Just add "sleepezzz" as a negative keyword in this case. Adding "sleepezzz mattress" as a negative won't hurt you but it is more efficient to just add "sleepezzz"
