I could never, ever join on of these MC clubs or group rides. If it's your thing, then so be it. I guess we all need to feel a part of something, but I can't do the language, the loud music, the ignorance and the idiots on the road in cars and Semi's.

Sodium is not a bad thing, it helps retain fluid. High sodium intake is a bad thing
