Can we like both? I prefer Dreijer because I discovered Royksopp via the Knife and Fever Ray. But Drecker has a great voice too. The great thing about Royksopp is that they're vocally versatile.
@borealis0101 Bel Canto has a great voice that's no lie but the vocalist is only that in this case. Drecker is not "Royksopp", I do not believe she has another single with them. Royksopp is a duo consisting of two males also from Norway. If I was to play along I would say Karin Dreijer Andersson better represents Royksopp's sound and style. Listen to these Royksopp songs if you get some time, "Only this Moment", "What else is there", "This must be it", and maybe even "Poor Leno".
I don't agree. Royksopp is my favourite, but the thing i don't like about them is that sometimes music gets cold. Distant and cold, and bizzare (ex, that chord from the girl and the robot is too bizzare). This is what i don't like about them, and it's a small part, but this exact part is what this video is emphasizing. this "in space" feeling is so cold. also, violet is the coldest color, and abstract forms are.. abstract/cold. U know, - Sparks was the song that brought me revelation.
This song keeps getting better and better each time i listen to it....Simply amazing
BEST SONG EVER !!!
I saw them live in Los Angeles...this song was absolutely amazing. one of my favorites ever.
I saw their concert with one of my best friends in Vega, Copenhagen November 8th. Absolutely an amazing and most enjoyable performance.
Gorgeous! I didn’t think it could get any better.
This might be my favorite song ever made and this version is incredible.
esta si es una versión epica
SO awesome!!!!!
que delicioso mix awww, como una copa de champagne ;)
EPIC VERSION!!!
Thx for all these great soundboard cuts. I really appreciate those uploads.
The first time I heard in the chorus I thought it was Alisson too!
love it! thank you!
even better than the studio version.
Magia
hyper dark/light emotions
intro reminds me of Kent - Sundance kid. good stuff

Yea its a bit dreamy and distant for live. Devoid of eager emotions
"they don't have a clue" self indulgent album
