That's sad to be in her condition. That's not really her family. The kids belong to her white wife and the donor. She's just the step parent.
She should have froze her eggs to have her own children latter. She as a 'family', but deep down, she knows it's not really hers. Everyone watching this should learn from her experience and avoid her mistakes.

Oh my, my mom used to put the vegetables (carrots, potatoes, celery etc.) whole in the food.
