- Learn how frequency domain analysis helps you understand the behavior of physical systems in this MATLAB® Tech Talk by Carlos Osorio. You will learn about Bode plots and how they are used by control engineers to gain insights into the behavior of dynamic systems. The Bode plot is a popular tool with control system engineers because it lets them achieve desired closed-loop system performance by graphically shaping the open-loop frequency response using clear and easy-to-understand rules.

The further we get into engineering and system analysis, there are less conceptual explanations and visuals. This video, although simple, was HIGHLY helpful for me in understanding why we are analyzing frequency response. Thank you very much.
I am confused, you talk like a car mechanic but your words are and intuition is that of a good engineer! Thanks for the video.
Glad you liked the video. You can see more at the link in the description.
Glad you found this useful. Thanks for watching!
You explained this very well! Your real-life examples really helped me connect the dots from what we learned in class, and what it is used for in real life. Thanks!
Very good and helpfull presentation. Next week I will see all 4 videos, from Carlos Osorio, with my students. Thanks!
Thank you, your explanation was very good clear and helpful. can't wait for the second part.
We're working on it. Thanks for the comment
Very well made movie. The post-production is awesome! You have the heart of a true teacher.
Thank you so much for such a great explaination
I am glad that I found this great professor, no bullshit mathematics but simple insight into things from a broader prospective.
awesome video! Thank you!
very informative introduction about the topic :D
Excellent explanation... Greetings from Pakistan!
Thanks for watching!
this is a very good illustration
Brilliant explanation!
Engineering is so fun!!! So glad I’m in this head first
That was great!
Brilliant !!
Nice examples!
very helpfull, tanks
very resourceful
Wow nice. Make more videos like this.
This guy is awesome.
THANK YOU
Thank you!
Great!
this guy is awesome explains complex shit with so simplicity
wanna hear more from him
Magnificent
I wish my controls professor would make us wath this videos before the semester started it would make everything much easier to understand. So far i have been lost and final is in 2 week....Its been a fun ride at University
Beautiful
Hello, Can I get videos on nyquist plot?? and about non minimum phase system related videos.
So nice sir
Very helpful. The closed captioning needs to be looked into.

That's one of the gods talking down to us
shukrn
good video..if only i had 10% of the intelligence the nice professor has it would been good :(
