    The quartet of Joseph Manu, Ibrahim Fuseini,Joseph Paul Amoah and
    Barnabas Aggerh finished behind Jamaica🇯🇲 who run 39.58.

    It might have been closer if Ghana had had a better final exchange. The third runner run right up on his anchor who could have gone out sooner. The exchange was clean but they might have gained a couple of meters with better timing.

      39 seconds is a slow time for senior level..even for B team. Thats a time for class 1 boys.. Cbar class 1 ran that time a few years ago at Penn Relays. Poor camera angle
