Novitec McLaren 570S - Listen to this Incredible Sound!

- A supercar in a tunnel is a wonderful thing, and even more so with a Novitec exhaust system! Join me for a look at the McLaren 570S and 570S Spider with new carbon fibre parts, wheels, lowered suspension and most importantly a seriously enhanced exhaust sound by Novitec. Just wait until you hear the wail of the V8 as it screams away!
The McLaren 570S Spider from Novitec is brand new and this is an opportunity to take a first look around it and discuss the modifications. Starting off with the Novitec N-Tronic unit, the cars have power and torque up from 570PS and 600Nm to 646PS and 692Nm, which means 0-100km/h in 3.0 seconds and a top speed of 335km/h. Additionally they have new visual carbon fibre components around the car including an extended front splitter and fixed rear wing as well as larger side scoops and side skirts. The new lightweight forged wheels are 20" at the front and 21" at the rear, and the car sits on new lowering springs too.
After a walkaround of the 570S Spider, let's jump into the 570S Coupe to go for a blast including a run on the Autobahn and through a tunnel - what a sound this car makes! The 3.8l twin turbo V8 typically has a muted sound but the new system allows it to scream away with an F1-style sound track.

Novitec is the best in customisation parts in my opinion. Up till today, I'm still in love with the N Largo F12! 😄

Always impressed with the Novitec approach. They have a wonderful way of addressing the minor weaknesses of very special cars and somehow making them More. By that I mean they turn up the intensity without ruining the original intent of the maker. This 570S is a perfect example. They kept everything that made it great, and expanded on that without making it a caricature.Well done, Novitec, and well done, Shmee. Your "inner little boy on Christmas morning" attitude is infectious, and it keeps your videos fun.
I fell in love with Novitec ever since I watched your videos featuring their cars and they don't disappoint at all! The sound of that 570S is just BRUTAL! You should get your 675LT to Novitec as well haha

I love it, huge improvement on the sound, when driving it kinda sounds like a naturally aspirated engine but then when it's idling you get that sweet whistle like sound of the turbos, just amazing!!!

There are different rules placed upon manufacturers about what they can do for mass production.
emission regulation and in order for them to be compliant with each countries regulation i believe; i could be wrong, also its cheaper to make them one standard thing instead of customizing it for each country and customer needs. again i might be wrong..

Shmee, great review as always - but I wish you would give some indication of what the sample cars would cost & some detail about how one goes about purchasing from Novitec, rather than direct from a dealer. I am aiming to buy either a Porsche 911 turbo s or a Mclaren Spider & would also want the Novitec touch.....so if you can maybe do a piece about a Novitec 911 in the future & explain costs that would be super cool!

I may be canceling my order with Larini...already have the N-Tronic piggyback ECU, and going with an all Novitec solution might be a better option. The exhaust is $7-10,000 more than Larini, but Novitec has been easier to deal with...getting Larini to actually ship an exhuast system is like pulling teeth.
In my opinion i would have one of these over a 650s any day

They did a very good job. Though, I prefer a more GT3 looking rear wing. The sound was damn good, but along with a larger more aggressive wing, I'd like to see some winglets and other aero on it.
