- This is how to reset oraimo rock stereo earbuds. Perhaps, one side not working or the earbuds are not connecting as one but two?! That doesn't mean they are faulty.... you only need to reset it and they will function as before.
So, in this video, you will see how to reset oraimo rock earbuds quickly.

Those who couldn't fix the issue, listen you have to hold the 4th press for few second until a sound with dialogue of power off appears and then put those back to case and clear the source from bt list.

Hello. My oraimo rock earbuds connect but can't hear any sound though already connected and playing music but can't hear the music even after resetting. What could be the problem?
Please, check this. Go to the audio settings or bluetooth settings after you have connected the earbuds. Then, check if the audio option is toggle ON or not.

Tap 4 times the two pair sepately, hold the fourth tap until the blue light goes off on each. Take them both back into the case. Take them on out once the blue light on the case goes off.
Mine are connecting separately and won't reset even after tapping four times . Any help before I return them.

I just tried it now. It works...
First, keep the oraimo rock earbuds in the case.
Second, switch on your phone Bluetooth and go to your Bluetooth settings. Now, on the Bluetooth list, delete or unpair the two oraimo rock earbuds on your Bluetooth list. Make sure they are not on the list.
Next, switch off your phone Bluetooth.
Now, bring the earbuds out and tap just one of the earbuds. Either the left or the right.
Both earbuds will blink and go off. Then, return them to the charging case and close it.
Wait for 2 mins and bring them out of the charging case. Now, switch on your Bluetooth and Search or pair them as new device....
And connect.
That's all. Thank you.

After 7days of purchasing this earbud, the left side stop charging, i have to adjust over&over b4 it's connected back to the charging case.I sent email to service centre &i was called but still nothing has been done .so when you buy and you have any issue you're on your own oo.

Press hold if the video method is not working.
If your earbuds are connecting as two separate buds instead of one, resetting one may not automatically reset the other. What you should do is tap on one bud and long press on the fourth tap until the light goes of repeat on the second bud and you’re good to go!

Have you tried cleaning it up?
Each time I try to pair earbuds and they are unable to pair them I reset them by turning both off also. It usually works, especially if they are fully charged 📱 ⚡️

@@yawamankrahsam-okyere8851 Sometimes it works to turn off the Bluetooth setting on the phone plus turn off the Bluetooth headset for at least 5 minutes ⏲️ Then start the process again so the headset is on and ready to pair plus the phone is searching for a Bluetooth. Scroll all the way down on the Bluetooth screen so you don't miss new devices that may show up at the bottom
