I wouldn't say always but yes the unnecessary shots in this game (just seen highlights only) were just a waste.
They got two creative midfielders Pelova & Kyra Cooney Cross. Who is better than all of the central midfielders Arsenal have apart from Pelova & Little & yes she is better than Lia Wälti. Let's hope Jonas Eidevall doesn't destroy her like he did Vivianne Miedema. Who was one of the best strikers in women's football until Jonas Eidevall decided to turn her into a midfielder.

Great goalkeeper performance for Villa but a good Arsenal win however, the number of opportunities that needed just a little more concentration and due to its lack, to many missed chances that went begging.

3 weeks ago Liverpool played against AV and score 4 goals from 14 shots.Arsenal had 37 shots but only scored 3 goals and were also a bit lucky because goals 2 and 3 very late. When the goal was scored i asked myself where Salmon's opponent ( Fox ) was ? She run around the field instead of neutralizing her opponent.
Arsenal should get the keeper, very composed and demanding.

if it hits the arm directly then it’s a handball, if it bounces off another body part onto the arm, it’s not handball if it hits the leg first then the arm

West Ham scored but the refs said it was offside when it wasn’t. If it comes down to goal difference agasint chelsea and city and it’s by one goal that West Ham goal that was robbed could potentially cost city the league. Look at the red card alex greenwood got for “time wasting” a few months ago ridiculous decisions by the refs every week. He’s just saying the level of refereeing compared to the rest of Europe is bad… and it is bundesliga refs in Germany are much better
The handball would not be given against arsenal and the penalty against russo wouldn't be given either. WSL is taken seriously, just not by you clearly.
