Fugro does a lot of work for the oil and gas industries. They do detailed bathymetric surveys for rig and pipeline sighting. They also do penetrometer surveys for building foundations, hence the spike on the bottom of f in fugro.
Think these two guys were sound 👍🏼 The slim guy seems a particularly nice chap 👍🏼

Falmouth's a lovely place, my mom, stepdad and brother used to live down there. There's a pub called The Dolphin which used to be Steve McFadden's (Phil Mitchell) local. He used to drive a gold classic Rolls Royce. My brother was chatting a woman up in there and when he asked if she's by herself, she said no, I'm with Steve. He was chatting up Lucy Benjamin. Over 20 years ago that was.

Those red bin things on the forklift are called dolav or dolaf. They are a standard pallet size, 26 on a truck single stacked and can be stacked 4 high depending on whats inside. They come in all colours for identification of what is inside. Same kind of idea as recycling bins. And the same kind of idea as Chep blue/red pallets, they are returnable to the supplier or the business who own them. The details are always on the sides of them. Might be an idea to keep that in mind for when you are filming places.
This is significant in that you have reaffirmed both your 'credentials and your impartiality'!!

Under English law a landowner owns the airspace above his land (unless it has been expressly excluded from the lease or transfer to him) and it is therefore trespass if a developer or its contractor allows a tower crane jib to swing across land owned by other parties. An adjoining owner can obtain an injunction to prevent such trespass without needing to show that any damage has occurred. An ‘Oversail’ licence is required and a fee must be negotiated in which the landowner can effective ask whatever they like.
Not yet tested in law the same will apply to the operation of a drone. You must have permission of the landowner to overfly their land because drone operations take place in that area below that the level at which ordinary flight takes place. This area of airspace owned by the landowner!

@@chriswall955 Thanks for the reply. 'Oversail' applies to cranes not to drones. There is no minimum distance or height for a sub250 drone - but right to privacy laws apply if you're flying at window height.
A land owner only owns the land. They do not own the airspace above it. Airspace is a public benefit, controlled and licenced by the caa. Further, a leaseholder and a landowner are two entirely different things. As a land owner, I can confirm that I have zero rights tothe airspace. Also, any structure on my land above 8 feet in height needs planning permission from the district council and parish conveners council. If I owned the airspace I could build a structure as high as I wanted and no one could say otherwise. Ask me how I know....

DJE you seen Ishowspeed channels live? how does he stream so clear? He got deal with youtube for special server speeds?
He has a live streaming backpack with multiple modems with different sim cards that connect to different cell towers at the same time basically. DJE probably just uses his phone to live stream so it'll have a weaker cell connection and phone quality instead of a DSLR for streaming

@hassyg4083 NO I don't as I don't do live streams. Live streams rely on signal. If I'm doing a lkve from the coast during a storm- it's obviously going to be poor quality. The only way around that is lots of high end kit to being the signal in and a laptop at the scene. Not required for 1 live every few months 🤣
