Thanks for the tutorial, Im having a major issue: when I copy and paste my new creation from word into new signature box in outlook I lose all the images (icons and logo) and the text reverts back to standard but keeps its colour!!! Can anyone help please. Located in Australia just in case platforms vary??
Question: After creating my signature and sending e-mails out, I find that the line spacing changes in the email resposnes I receive that have my original message appende. In the email string I get in return, additonal line spaces have been inserted in my e-mail signature. Why do subsequent respsong e-mails have the line spacing reformatted?
Your videos are very easy to understand! Do you have one about Address book and Outlook contacts? I want to use only one of them; sometimes I look for an address and it says I don't have but I know I do! I have three different email addresses which also complicates things.
Hi this is great, is there now a new feature to sync (or backup) email signatures to the Microsoft 365 cloud, so that it can be used across devices or readily available in new laptop without having to manually copy from old n paste in new laptop?
Great tutorial, thanks! However, I couldn’t follow it, because I couldn’t paste the table without the borders, every time I paste the table it pastes the borders as visible, and I can edit them in the outlook signature options… there’s no option to do that

hi. that link brings me to a Microsoft page, but does not have anything for emails. Secondly, I have created several email signatures in both Outlook and Gmail, but they do not open in the other email properly. Like if I send an Outlook email to a gmail, it just comes out all test or wrong. I haven't been able to figure this out for months. :(
Okay but how do you make it resize to look right on mobile devices? I see others are able to do it that way so I'm curious how to make mine do that... It's as if they're using an image, but the links inside of it are clickable so idk how they're doing it

It is really irritating the table doesent align to the left side in the email. This results in the written content more left sided than the signature. Please fix this Microsoft.

Guys , it won't work using the browser (whatever you copy won't be pasted), so make sure to use the app.
