Extremely helpful. Thank you very much. One thing I noticed on the very last step (copy and paste into the signature box). When I copied the table and pasted it, the logo and details were not ordered properly. I tried it a few times but no luck. I then went back and watched your video and you can see that you also copied the lines (empty) above and below the logo. I did this and it worked perfectly. Just in case anyone else has had the same issue. Thank you again!

FABULOUS tutorial! I was able to create the signatures I needed for my client's google email signature to include a link to her new book's landing page from the cover image. I also was able to copy gmail signatures to the Mail App emails. Only note I have is it wasn't clear that if one didn't need to change the border on could just screen shot as is without going into coding. Other than that THANK YOU! My I.T. guy was very impressed I was able to execute this task! You saved me time and developer fee!!

Great tutorial, thanks. However, you mention at the start that you can use Word to do this, but it doesn't work if you use Word because the images you insert into the Word table don't have a link to display them. That's why it works in Google Drive because you upload them into Drive, which provides the link needed to display them.

@@graphicallydeb9897 Hey! After you copy the whole thing, delete the logos that were cut off. You can upload them individually from the image upload option available in the section right below the pasted Signature in gmail and then you can add respective links to them.

I have no idea, ran into the same problem. You'll probably have to use a different program. LibreOffice is open source and works just the same as Microsoft Office. But I ended up using a template from MySignature.io and it worked great.
If you right-click on the table, find "Table Properties" in the menu and then set the border line weight to zero.
This is late, but I hope whoever's reading this can benefit from my discover so this is how I did it:
1. Instead of highlighting the whole thing, just click normally inside the table.
2. The Border Width menu should appear on the top right just like the video.
3. Then you can adjust it.

why can't you just copy paste the icons into the table?

i need help, after i copy the entire table form drive i past it on my signature but it doesn't keep the same format, everything goes vertical.
Jessica, you can only use the fonts used by Gmail when building your signature!

I love your use of Google tools and how you hosted your image on Google images. I wish you had told users how important the name of the image would be as the name of the image shows up when the image is blocked by the server (signature 2016 isn't as good as someone's name for example).
