    You can copy and paste tools into your DaVinci Resolve Fusion Macro folder. The file should be a .settings file. Then when you're in Fusion, you should be able to access it by the Macro name using the method in the video. See the file location below for Mac and PC.

    Absolutely amazing. Thank you for that tutorial. I have a ton of ideas to use that.

    Good stuff to learn and easy to replicate. Thanks, CB Super.

      For sure, using motion paths is pretty easy stuff.

    Awesome, thanks, Loved the shader bit and 3d animated path. Slightly different way of doing 3d which helped too. Saving messing around with camera and lighting too much.

      Yeah, I really hope Fusion gets an updated 3d engine in the next big update. (whenever that is).

    As you said, if you hop into Blender it it much easier to animate something like this. But you did a really good job explaining by just using DaVinci Resolve!

      DaVinci’s 3d is more frustrating the more you use it. Lol.

    Great as always. Would love to see tutorials showing interaction between Blender and Fusion

    That was awesome
    Btw, how can you animate the points forming a shape, for a morphing effect for example

    • @CBSuper
      @CBSuper  Před 3 lety +1

      You can animate shape masks, and almost anything in DaVinci can be animated using keyframes. czcams.com/video/rQbd_5qH1Po/video.html

    Good tutorial. Thanks.
    How about animating (and aligning) a 3D object along a 3D path (vs. key framing) in Resolve?
    Is it even possible? I can't devise a way; but I am not as adept at Fusion as you.
    Thanks in advance.

      I’ll have to research that one. The 2d and 3d worlds within Fusion are very separate. I dont do as much in the 3d side of Fusion, but I’ll look into it.

    could someone tell me, why you would "Remove Polygon/Polyline" before publishing the path?

    • @CBSuper
      @CBSuper  Před 2 lety +1

      It starts in an animation state when you drop that first point. So you need to remove that animation and then publish the completed poly line for it to be correct.

      @@CBSuper Thanks, so if I understand it correctly you need it especially when you are going to do animation loops in order to avoid hiccups at the junction?
