Many, many, manyyyyy years ago when prepping I did a pot of coffee, 2-3 sf energy drinks, pre-workout, and sometimes more coffee

@@CrisEdmondsTV man I don’t recall, but I’m sure it wasn’t easy. I think I just did it in phases (similar to what u spoke about in the beginning of the video)
@@MrSean1202 that's just the best way to do it.....ive tried 100% cold turkey in the past and that was terrible for a couple days
@@CrisEdmondsTV agreed man. I think cold turkey only applies for any addiction issues (tobacco, alcohol, etc) someone may go through.
